time is running out

There is so much to do & so much to learn but time is running out of my hands. As I read & view other blogs I get so much inspiration to try & do more but some how the time is running out. I think I need to make a list of the projects I want to do and then just asign one project a week. That should get me going.

I am sick

I am not feeling well & dh is also out of town :( I tell you its such a horrible feeling to be alone and be sick. its my dd's bday today so I making her fav dinner pizza lol! and on sunday we are having a small pool party. I am baking & icing ( first time) the cake.

I am trying to get into the habbit of updating my blog on a regular basis. I tried a new recipe last night for dinner. Infact its just a twist on the old favourite one. Its pizza rools which I saw at www.tastespotting.com and decided to give it a try. Kids totally loved it & I also think it came out really nice. I also tried a new Pizza dough recipe which I found at http://www.cookingforengineers.com/recipe/172/Pan-Pizza
I liked this recipe better then the one I had and I think I am going to use this one from now on.
This weekend is going to be a busy one with my friend's kids coming over to stay overnite and ds's MS party and music classes for dd & ds. SO you all have a great weekend!

Organizing my Kitchen

We had some kitchen work done yesterday so yesterday night & today I spend most of my day cleaning & re-organizing my kitchen space. Its all done & clean now :) I also cleaned my sbing table, my linen closet and organized kids paper from school. The house looks much better now. Now I have to borrow sewing machine from my friend and start the "to sew pile" so I can clear the clutter. Cooked Palak aloo paneer for kids dinner & will make chapatis.
